Listed on the NZX, the Group continues to evolve and grow, creating an opportunity for an exceptional individual to join the Head Office team in a newly created role.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director and working closely with the Executive Leadership Team and Board, the Manager - Executive Office will play a pivotal role in enhancing organisational effectiveness across the Group. This is not a traditional executive support position. Instead, it is a broad and influential role focused on improving processes, coordinating key initiatives, introducing new technologies, and helping senior leaders operate at their best.
About the Role
Acting as a central point of coordination for the Executive Leadership Team and Board, you will help streamline how the business plans, communicates, tracks priorities and executes key initiatives. You will identify opportunities to improve systems and workflows, leverage technology to enhance productivity, and ensure Executives have the information, structure and support needed to make effective decisions.
You will also provide valuable project support across a range of strategic and operational initiatives, helping to coordinate stakeholders, monitor progress and ensure actions are delivered.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the effective operation of the Executive Leadership Team and Board
- Coordinating executive and governance reporting processes
- Improving workflows, systems and business processes across the Executive Office
- Driving the adoption of digital tools and productivity-enhancing technologies
- Maintaining visibility of key actions, projects and priorities
- Supporting executive communications and organisational alignment
- Assisting with the planning and delivery of all Board and Executive meetings
- Providing project coordination and implementation support across strategic initiatives
About You

- The ability to build trusted relationships across a range of stakeholders
- High levels of professionalism, and judgement with absolute discretion
