Our client is seeking a warm, well presented and confident Receptionist to be the welcoming face of their busy orthodontic practice. This role is perfect for someone with some office, retail, hospitality or customer service experience who enjoys working with people of all ages and prides themselves on providing outstanding service.

You’ll be supported with excellent training and become a key part of a close-knit, patient-focused team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Welcoming patients and families as they arrive and depart
• Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner
• Booking and managing appointments efficiently
• Typing correspondence and patient documentation
• Supporting the wider team with general administration

This role would suit someone who:
