Airborne Honey, a leading producer of high-quality honey products, is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Finance Manager to take ownership of the finance function across their growing operations. This is a hands-on, senior role where you will provide financial leadership, support operational decision-making, and drive process improvements across the business.

The Role

Reporting to the CEO, you will manage the day-to-day finance operations while also contributing strategically to the business. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading financial management, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Monitoring COGS, inventory, cash flow, and export-related finances
• Supporting pricing decisions, operational planning, and cost analysis
• Managing payroll, HR administration, and compliance with employment and accounting standards
• Leading and developing the finance/accounts team and collaborating across operational functions

About You

You are a skilled finance professional with a good commercial focus, so able to balance strategic insight with hands-on financial management. You will ideally have:

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (CA/CPA preferred, but not absolutely essential)
• 5+ years’ experience in financial management, preferably with some exposure to manufacturing or FMCG environments
• Strong technical skills in financial reporting, cost accounting, and analysis
• Experience with accounting software and advanced Excel
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
