Blue River Dairy (BRD) is a world class nutritional formula manufacturer. Over the course of the last 17 years they have grown from creating award winning sheep milk cheeses to nutritional formula production and export a global leader in nutritional formula production and exporting. As a trailblazer in the industry, they have developed the world’s first sheep milk Infant Formula using exclusively sheep milk protein and consequently stand now as the only plant in the world manufacturing nutritional formulas using milks from three different species: sheep, goat and cow.

Blue River Dairy are experiencing growth and innovation. They are looking for an experienced Marketing and Communications professional. This newly created position will play a pivotal part in supporting Blue River Dairy growth within the domestic and international markets. Working closely with the Executive Leadership Team, you will take the lead in the development and implementation of the all-encompassing marketing, brand, and communications strategy. With a strong focus on brand management and messaging via digital channels; customer and market insights will be utilised to educate, build engagement and tell their unique story. You will be responsible for all internal and external communications, whilst developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

We are seeking an influential, senior experienced professional with a proven marketing, communications, or brand management background, who is industry qualified with the skill to take the lead, with a customer-centric and strategic approach. As you will be joining an innovative, customer focused and highly motivated team, you will match their drive, be digitally strong, agile, and open to change.  On a personal level we need you to be self-sufficient with strong interpersonal skills and disciplines around planning with a proactive approach. You will be able to always demonstrate professional presentation and communication skills and have a preference for working autonomously, yet collaboratively with the wider team.
