With strong growth aspirations, they need passionate and dedicated people on their team to help them achieve their goals. This is a key role as part of a focussed S&OPs/ IBP Team, in a growing and fast paced business, where you will work closely and communicate regularly with all parts of the business.

Reporting to the S&OP/ IBP Manager, you will deliver in-depth data analyses, accurate demand forecasts, and actionable reports that will drive business performance and decision making. You will play a critical role in supporting the S&OP/ IBP process across the business which will involve reviewing demand forecasts, explanation of forecast variations, inventory management and assisting the planning process to develop plans which align Manufacturing to Sales, Finance, Procurement, Inventory and Logistics.

To be successful in this role you will bring relevant experience from ideally a New Zealand food manufacturing or processing environment. An FMCG background would be helpful but is not a must have and understanding of FMCG to appreciate the speed of operation and business would work. From there, your familiarity with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) methodology and proven track record of generating in-depth, value adding reports will stand you in good stead as will the ability to work within a relatively flat, lean structure and the capacity to balance various supply and demand challenges. Attention to detail, being organised and able to prioritise forward planning are all skills that will greatly enhance your success in this role as will the capacity to step up into leadership when required.

In addition, you will be a go-getter who is self-motivated, proactive, with a flexible and down to earth approach and who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. While we are looking for an experienced person for this role, just as important is your team fit and your ability to build successful relationships across the business. You will need confidence, maturity, adaptability and a sense of humour just as much as your ability to deliver S&OPs Demand Analysis expertise.
