You will be working with farming clients to understand where they want to take their business, supporting them to get there, and empowering them to proactively innovate and adapt to maintain a sustainable, profitable and resilient farm business.  You will be challenged to problem-solve and develop solutions and options using science based first principles and your practical knowledge of farming to empower our clients to make better decisions.

Joining a team with diverse skills, building relationships, understanding needs, identifying opportunities and ensuring the service you provide is farmer-centric will be critical aspects of this role. You’ll need to be willing to develop and sustain (or already have) advanced OverseerFM knowledge and be committed to continuous professional development.

About You:

• Relevant degree level qualification
• Practical farm work experience outside of the family farm
• Have an understanding of OverseerFM
• Be committed to building relationships and fostering trusted networks
• Passionate and motivated about making a difference to New Zealand’s agricultural sector
