Administration Assistant/Reception - Fixed Term 12 Months

Reporting to the Office Manager and working as part of a small and friendly team, this is an exciting opportunity where you will be able to use your existing office administration and customer service skills as well as broadening your level of experience in new areas. This is a frontline position where you will manage the reception area, creating a positive experience for customers and internal staff while also being involved in some interesting and diverse areas of the business.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Frontline reception and customer service duties
  • Assistance with accounts payable & accounts receivable processing
  • Health & Safety administration
  • Executive support including minute taking, assistance with Board paper preparation and co-ordinating travel & meetings
  • Marketing activities including website maintenance and advertising requirements
  • Any other general office administration tasks as required to support the wider team

In seeking applications for this role we would like to hear from candidates with previous experience in an office administration role where you have been exposed to a variety of administrative duties including a general understanding of the AP & AR process. You will have worked in a customer service focussed role in the past and you will have a positive and professional approach when it comes to working with both internal and external customers. You will be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and you will have a high level of attention to detail and initiative, always looking to help out where you can and expand your areas of expertise.
