This well-established Chartered Accounting practice has an opportunity for a Senior Accountant to join their team. This firm works hard to maintain the outstanding work/life balance they have created so they are proactively growing their team. With the best work life balance, the best social club and the best client feedback out of anyone in the business you would be making a life changing move. To quote a recent appointment to the firm “I never knew an office could be this good!”
Based in modern new offices in the City, this firm is innovative and technologically driven, working closely with their clients to help grow and develop their businesses. This is not your average accounting firm and they place a huge amount of value on company culture. Investing time and money into ensuring staff are happy and engaged and working together collaboratively as a team, this firm understands the importance of looking after its staff.
You may be an Intermediate Accountant ready for a move to Senior or a Senior Accountant looking for something different. In this team you will work closely with the Partners and Associates across the board, quickly assuming responsibilities for managing a client list and supporting those client relationships. You will have excellent support and will be able to work at the level you are ready for, not the level you are stuck in due to bureaucracy and outdated rules.
We see this role as suiting a qualified CA who has already established themselves in a business advisory services role but who is looking to take that next step up in their career. We are looking to speak to dynamic, ambitious and motivated individuals who can demonstrate a range of technical accounting skills and excellent relationship building skills both internally and externally with clients.
For a confidential discussion about your next move and to determine if this firm is a good fit for you, please call Kerri Jennings.
