Keytone Dairy is a leading manufacturer and exporter of high-quality dairy and nutrition products, proudly made in New Zealand and delivered to customers across New Zealand and the world. Due to recent need, Keytone Dairy are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Assistant to support our dynamic team at the Rolleston facility.

About the Role

As a Supply Chain Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our supply chain, helping ensure that Keytone Dairy’s products get where they need to go, on time, safely and in full. You'll be working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners, contributing to everything from inventory control and purchase order tracking to shipping coordination and document management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory and stock level monitoring across production and warehouse
• Create and process purchase and sales orders in our ERP system
• Support the coordination of inbound and outbound freight and logistics
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation, invoices, and compliance paperwork

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a supply chain, logistics, or procurement support role (manufacturing or FMCG preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Competency with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (Cin7 preferred)
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• A proactive mindset and a willingness to learn and grow within the team
