As the Finance Manager, you’ll lead the financial reporting process while also partnering with the business to provide insights that shape decisions. Expect plenty of variety—month-end close, statutory reporting, technical accounting, and supporting budgeting and forecasting.

You’ll manage two direct reports, making this a fantastic step into people leadership while still being hands-on. It’s the ideal next move for a Big 4 trained auditor who’s already gained some commercial experience and is ready to broaden their impact.

• Chartered Accountant qualification with 4+ years PQE
