With a strong foundation, a clear strategic roadmap, and ambitious growth plans, ENI is seeking a General Manager – Sales & Marketing to join their Senior Leadership Team and help shape the future stages of the business. The business and team have a clear vision for the future, including significant organic growth, and strategic acquisition opportunities, with a goal to triple revenue over the next nine years.

As a strong leader you will provide structure, direction and  accountability but in particular will lead the development of new business and management of key relationships using a commercial lense to ensure sustainability and growth. Ideally your background will come from engineering or similar with experience in taking both services and products to market.

ENI understand that success is based around relationships and trust with the ability to collaborate and make the decisions where needed. Underpinning this, there needs to be a passion for what you do, the energy to break new ground together with the strategic perspective to know and understand where the business opportunity sits and who will ultimately make the decision to buy. As such your ability to read the economic and political landscape, and also ‘read the room’, plan for success and lead by example on breaking new ground will be fundamental elements to success.
