Dairyworks moves fast, thinks smart, and backs its people. Innovation and continuous improvement sit at the heart of the business, supported by a culture that’s open, collaborative, and grounded. With exciting growth on the horizon, you’ll be part of a team that loves what they do and takes pride in doing it well.

About the Role

Reporting to the Finance Business Partner – Sales & Marketing, this is a development focused role designed to grow your commercial skillset. You’ll support demand management and forecasting, maintain key data models, and help ensure the business has accurate, timely insights to drive performance.

Your work will span system management, financial modelling, forecasting, variance analysis, and supporting the wider Commercial Finance team. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining the integrity of the CauseLF forecasting system and helping build capability across the business. This is a varied role where you’ll get exposure across the full commercial cycle, from product lifecycle management and demand planning through to budgeting, pricing insights, and KPI analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance core data models within CauseLF, ensuring accuracy and integrity
  • Support demand forecasting, analysing trends and communicating impacts to the business
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting and cashflow modelling
  • Provide analytical support to Finance Business Partners across Sales, Marketing & Operations
  • Prepare data sets, maintain assumptions, and assist with scenario modelling
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives & help build user capability in forecasting tools
  • Collaborate with the wider finance team to meet reporting requirements

About You

You’ll bring an analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and a natural curiosity for how things work. You enjoy working with data, solving problems, and partnering with people across the business to understand the “why” behind the numbers.

Technical Skills

Essential:

  • Advanced Excel capability (including Power Query, pivot tables, & structured data handling)
  • Strong analytical skills, including variance and trend analysis
  • High attention to data quality and accuracy

Preferred:

  • Power BI experience (data modelling, basic DAX, reporting)
  • SQL skills (basic querying and understanding of data structures)
  • Experience with forecasting or planning systems (CauseLF or similar)
  • Exposure to ERP data (sales, pricing, finance)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and an understanding of data pipelines (ETL/ELT concepts)
  • An automation mindset (Power Automate, process improvement initiatives)

You may be early in your commercial career, perhaps from a finance, accounting, or data background, and you’re hungry to learn. While the above technical skills are important, your willingness to dive in, adapt quickly, and contribute to a fast-paced FMCG environment is what will set you apart.

What’s in it for You?
