The Rolleston-based facility is at the heart of our seed processing and distribution, and we’re looking for a motivated Plant Operator to join the team.

About the Role

As a Seed Coating Plant Operator, you'll be responsible for running and maintaining the modern seed coating machinery, ensuring product quality and consistency, and supporting the wider production operation. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone with great attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a strong work ethic.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operating automated seed coating machinery
• Monitoring product quality, calibration, and production outputs
• Carrying out basic machinery maintenance and troubleshooting
• Accurately recording batch and production data
• Assisting with warehousing, packing, and dispatch activities when required
• Following health & safety, hygiene, and quality control protocols

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a production or machinery operating role preferred (agriculture, food, or manufacturing industries ideal)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Good physical fitness
• Forklift licence and experience preferred
