We’re currently on the lookout for a motivated Warehouse Assistant to join their friendly and dedicated team at Zilco.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on, full-time role where you’ll be responsible for ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed and despatched in a timely manner, as well as helping maintain the day-to-day operations of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and despatch customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Receive and check incoming stock, ensuring inventory matches documentation
• Maintain a clean and organised warehouse to support daily operations
• Assist with data entry and order processing when other team members are unavailable
• Coordinate despatch of customer backorders in line with current orders
• Perform stocktakes and assist with inventory control
• Occasionally respond to customer phone and email enquiries

About You:

• Physically fit – able to lift and move stock as needed – up to 25kg
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
• A strong work ethic and high attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and in a team
• Have a forklift license or willingness to obtain one (covered by Zilco)
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is an advantage
• Able to become a MPI accredited person to enable the unloading of sea containers (Police background check required)
