SKOPE Group is seeking a motivated Accounts Payable Administrator to join their finance team on a fixed-term basis. We are open to welcoming candidates from two different backgrounds: experienced accounts payable professionals who are comfortable working in multi-entity, complex organisations, capable of quickly learning new systems and processes, and ready to make an immediate impact, or accounting graduates or students who are looking to gain practical, hands-on experience over the summer.
What you’ll do:
- Manage the Accounts Payable inbox and ensure all creditor invoices are entered daily
- Daily processing using Xtracta and Approval Plus
- Reconcile supplier accounts and investigate aged unpaid invoices
- Maintain supplier information, set up new suppliers, and assist with pre-payments in the JD Edwards system
- Reconcile bank accounts and company credit cards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a high-performing finance team

- Positive, collaborative attitude and willingness to support the team
- For experienced candidates: proven AP experience in complex organisations
- For graduates: enthusiasm for learning in a finance environment
