Victor Hydraulics brings 37 plus years of knowledge together with design innovation and manufacturing experience to the production of high performance Hydraulic Cylinders. The quality, innovation and engineering expertise is recognised internationally and evidenced by long standing relationships with ‘Blue chip’ clients such as Caterpillar and John Deere.

Today Victors offer a design and build service for bespoke one off and low volume purpose built cylinders but have also developed a strong and fast growing revenue stream in OEM manufacture at scale focused at international export.

The OEM product range has moved Victors into the fast pace and fast growth lane which has brought with it a commitment to investing in leading edge technology combined with ‘Lean manufacturing’ principals. Victors as a philosophy take a strong partnering approach in design with their key clients and also with their experienced people on the floor around product and manufacturing improvement. This recognises that the best ideas for improvement often come from those at the coal face. As a result Victors have a hugely positive culture that underpins their design and innovation. All of the above has seen the incumbent manager moving across to a dedicated projects based role to facilitate future investment, support scalability and ensure that Victors keep pace with their growth opportunities.

As Manufacturing Manager, you will lead  and evolve capability across Production and Production planning and also the majority of Operations, Quality and Compliance, Continuous Improvement and Health and Safety. As such this is a role for an experienced Manufacturing Manager who is strong in leadership, people development, facilitation and communication and can balance between strategic thinking and application and being hands on where needed by the team. A background in CNC machining is desirable for understanding but not a pre-requisite.

This is a genuine opportunity to shape and influence as part of the Senior Management team, but to also be part of a significant success story with a business that has stood the test of time and is well respected internationally.

Applications will close 31 July 2026.

To be considered you must contact Echelon Group directly as applications through other agencies will not be considered or accepted.
