You may currently be working in banking, lending, finance, credit, equipment finance or financial services and be ready to step into a broader leadership role within a small, dedicated funding team, where you can take a hands-on approach and have a real influence on outcomes.

To be successful, you'll bring:

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • A calm, practical and solutions focused approach to problem solving
  • Experience identifying and implementing process improvements
  • Commercial awareness and sound operational judgement

Just as importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys working collaboratively, takes ownership, leads by example and brings energy and optimism to the workplace. The ability to remain composed under pressure, build trust and create strong working relationships will be highly valued.
