Scales Corporation is a diversified global agribusiness with operations across Horticulture, Global Proteins and Logistics, with a strong focus on premium produce and value-added products for global markets. The company is listed on the NZX and is recognised for its disciplined growth strategy, operational excellence, and long-standing commitment to quality and sustainability.

Based in Christchurch and they are seeking an FP&A Analyst to join the Group Finance team and support forecasting, financial modelling, and performance analysis across Scales’ portfolio of businesses. Reporting to the Senior FP&A Analyst, you will work closely with senior leadership to provide insights on business performance, strategic initiatives, and capital allocation decisions.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining Group financial models and dashboards, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, conducting scenario and sensitivity analysis, and contributing to strategic initiatives such as capital projects, M&A, sustainability reporting, treasury forecasting, and investor relations support.

This opportunity is well suited to candidates from Big Four advisory, corporate finance, or consulting backgrounds, as well as high-performing financial analysts who are seeking broader commercial sector exposure.

About You

You will have a relevant tertiary qualification (CA/CPA/CIMA/CFA qualified) with strong financial modelling capability, advanced Excel and Power BI skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial insights to senior stakeholders.
