I have been providing recruitment solutions and helping clients to build successful teams and grow their businesses since 1997. Drawing on an earlier manufacturing and building products sector career, operating at a senior management level, the strength I offer is the depth of knowledge in recruiting for roles in manufacturing, supply chain, quality and sales and marketing, especially in the mid to senior Executive and Director space.

Prompted by the earthquakes and the changing face of industry, the demand and fastest growing area for us is in the engineering skills areas, in particular mechanical, mechatronics, civil and structural engineers at the design end. This sees us constantly searching and recruiting across the globe, enabled by a strong search framework and well developed process for identifying, qualifying and bringing quality candidates to NZ.

My experience in having run medium to large businesses across the country provides clients with confidence that I bring an understanding of their business drivers and needs, especially when planning their resourcing and contributing to strategic planning for the future. This has then also involved me in general business advisory, ranging from organisational structuring through to strategic & business planning and business recovery.

People, Enterprise and Success really does summarise a lot of what I do, but when I need a different head space, I find it in family time, cycling, cooking, travelling and or music.
