After 13 years’ of international and local recruitment experience, including managing some key client accounts, I offer clients innovative solutions that are typically focused on developing search capabilities. I bring a proven background in mid-senior management level appointments and I have also project managed a number of high volume staff resourcing projects across a broad range of functional areas for clients.
My experience in identifying and connecting with high performing people extends across a range of industries and the work I typically undertake includes both search & selection and executive leasing, as well as working with clients to build & grow teams and identify their future leaders. By understanding business strategies and the organisational culture I can enable the engagement of the right competencies to grow the business.
Having recruited internally as well, I also appreciate and understand the different demands placed on internal recruiters and HR teams, particularly delivering solutions for those difficult assignments in demanding, pressurised environments. My value and expertise is being able to work with internal recruitment teams and transfer my search capability to find that needle in the haystack.
In my quest for a balanced and varied life, I have a background in psychology, interests in politics and history and I like reading a lot of biographies. I also follow several sports, get involved in coaching kids’ sport, and also contribute time to the Board of Trustees at our local school. Generally I like getting out and about in our beautiful country whenever I and the family can.
