Over the years, I have enjoyed working in a number of industries and roles, primarily in a support capacity with high performing teams. When it comes to my work, I really love what I do and take pride in providing a professional level of assistance, ensuring my team is able to rely on and trust in everything I do.
I have a wealth of experience in managing recruitment processes & administration support and I love working in this role where I meet new people all the time and are part of a great culture, where people are treated with respect and supported to achieve success at every opportunity.
My focus is to ensure my team has everything they need to deliver on their commitments. I am here as a point of contact for clients and candidates alike, ensure the office functions efficiently, address queries and requests as needed and, of course, love to help search out the “hard to find” candidates for our clients.
Having worked with many of the Consultants at Echelon Group in the past it was, without a doubt, an easy decision to take the opportunity to re-join such a positive and passionate team. When I’m not here, my husband and I have three boys who keep my love of baking alive and duties as a taxi driver to all their sporting activities a priority.
